April 2014

April was a great month for us!  We had a great Easter and hosted an Easter Egg Hunt at our house, and all the kids had a great time.  We also had a nice visit with my Uncle Kris Sweet, and he and Derek had a lot of fun doing guy stuff :)  The girls also got to take pictures with baby chicks, and had a lot of fun coloring eggs (even if Mom didn't cook them long enough)! 

We've had some really nice weather and have been enjoying the back yard.

 Savannah has been enjoying ice skating.  She is currently learning a routine to Frozen

Visit with the Easter Bunny!

The girls were very excited to visit the Easter Bunny this year.  They sat on his lap, talked to him, and even gave him hugs!

March 2014

March was a pretty low-key month for us.  We're gearing up for spring! 

The girls are loving their swim lessons!  Savannah went from not putting her face into the water, to swimming across the whole pool on her own!  We are really proud of how far she's come!  Maddie is making progress as well and jumping in on her own.  They are both looking forward to our summer vacation in Lake Chelan, where they can show off their swimming skills.

Savannah had her Preschool picture taken this month, and it turned out pretty stinkin cute if I don't say so myself :)

I spent a lot of time in the backyard planting seeds.  Madeline had a lot of fun "helping" me and playing in the dirt and yard.

We also had a visit from Grandma which the girls always love!

Savannah started taking ice skating lessons, which she is really enjoying!  Her goal is to be in the Olympics one day :)

Derek and I also booked a last minute trip to Disneyland for the beginning of May!  We are so excited to surprise the girls the night before we leave!!!

February 2014

February was a very exciting month in the Wilson house.  The Seahwaks won the Superbowl!!!  Derek and Savannah had the opportunity to go to the Seahawks parade and celebration at the Century Link Stadium to welcome the team.  It was a special daddy daughter day and they had so much fun!  We also had an awesome Superbowl party.  This month we got our second snow of the year and have a few pictures of having fun in the snow.
