Visit to Ocean Shores

The girls and I just had a great visit at my Mom's house.  We lucked out with fantastic weather, and it was in the high 70's the day we were there!  The girls had a blast at the beach, especially Savannah, I couldn't keep her out of the water!  The girls also had a great time looking around the garden with Poppie and playing with their Cousins.  We also picked up 132 pounds of organic grass fed beef while we were there.  It was a really fun time!

Tulip Town 2014

One of our favorite yearly traditions is going to the Tulip Festival, and now living an hour and a half away wasn't going to stop me from going!  The girls and I went to check out the beautiful tulips with my good friend Jenn and her two kids.  It was a really fun day!

April 2014

April was a great month for us!  We had a great Easter and hosted an Easter Egg Hunt at our house, and all the kids had a great time.  We also had a nice visit with my Uncle Kris Sweet, and he and Derek had a lot of fun doing guy stuff :)  The girls also got to take pictures with baby chicks, and had a lot of fun coloring eggs (even if Mom didn't cook them long enough)! 

We've had some really nice weather and have been enjoying the back yard.

 Savannah has been enjoying ice skating.  She is currently learning a routine to Frozen
