Madeline's 4th Birthday

Our Maddie girl is 4 years old!  Can you believe it?!  On her birthday we had a quiet day complete with spaghetti for dinner, per the request of the birthday girl.  The following Saturday she had a gymnastics birthday party with her friends.  It was a really fun week!

We will miss you Bubba Boy

Two weeks ago we made the heart wrenching decision to put our beloved Ulrich (Bubba) down.  It was not an easy decision to come to.  Bubba was our best friend, and such a great dog to our family.  We will miss him dearly.

December 2014

December was a blast for our family!  From visiting Santa, my birthday, a trip to see reindeer, my Daisy troop walking in the Carnation Christmas Parade, baking cookies, ice skating, and visiting with family.  Santa even surprised the girls with a visit on Christmas Eve! It was action packed! 

December Dance Recital

The girls had their dance recitals last weekend, and they did fantastic!  I just love watching getting them dressed up and watching them perform.  Having girls is SO MUCH FUN!

Savannah looses her first 2 teeth!

On December 1st Savannah "lost" her first 2 teeth!  Savannah had shark teeth, which is when the adult teeth grow in far behind the baby teeth, so the baby teeth never loosen.  Unfortunately she had to have her baby teeth pulled out.  She did amazing!  I can't even put into words how proud I was of her.  Her dentist gave us 3 months to try and get them to come out on their own.  We wiggled those darn teeth all the time, but they were stubborn!  She was very scared to have her teeth pulled, but she was so brave.  She pretty much laughed through the whole appointment, and didn't flinch when she had the Novocaine shot.  I have to give props to her dentist, she was awesome.  Needless to say the tooth fairy paid a very special visit that night. The next day Savannah said "when can I get more teeth pulled out?"  The whole experience was an answer to prayers!
